Studierejsen skaber opmærksomhed i Polen

Det Udenrigspolitiske Selskabs igangværende studierejse i Polen og Ungarn skaber positiv opmærksomhed i de polske medier. En pressemeddelelse om Selskabets besøg i det polske udenrigsministerium mandag den 9/4 er således blev udsendt via ministeriets hjemmeside. Dette fik flere polske medier til at skrive om Selskabets besøg, bl.a. erhvervsmediet Biznes Alert, som skrev følgende: 

 

“Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Baltic Pipe brings Poland and Denmark together

We share a similar assessment of the challenges for the energy security of Central and Eastern European countries and the stability of Ukraine, we also have a common perspective in the context of transatlantic relations – Deputy Minister Bartosz Cichocki said during a meeting with analysts from the Danish Foreign Policy Association (Det Udenrigspolitiske Selskab) visiting a study visit Poland.

The talks focused on Polish-Danish relations and the main assumptions of Polish foreign policy in the aspect of security, including energy security and eastern issues. Deputy Minister Cichocki pointed to the close cooperation between Poland and Denmark, the convergence of goals and positions in many areas of regional cooperation, as well as the European agenda and security issues. He noted with satisfaction the effective cooperation of both countries in the implementation of the Baltic Pipe gas connection project.

The Danish Society for Foreign Policy was founded in 1946. Its aim is to promote interest and raise awareness of foreign policy and international affairs in Denmark by organizing debates, conferences and other events with the participation of leading Danish and foreign speakers, including politicians and scientists. The patron of the Society is the Danish Prince Frederik” (Biznesalert.pl)
